Unfortunately, we do not have a dog because of severe allergies that both my husband and and 9 year old son suffer. I am not allergic to dogs, and neither is my 7 year old daughter, Abby. Abby LOVES dogs! Abby and Lexi (my parents neighbors’ 1 year old Boxer), have had a close relationship since they met when Lexi was a puppy, when they used to roll around the front yard together. Since then Abby has referred to Lexi as her “sister” on multiple occasions…even at school. I have had to explain, no we did not have nor adopt a baby recently …Abby is talking about a dog she loves very much! Lexi likes to play a rough game of Frisbee with Abby’s grandfather, or with her owner. Lexi prefers to play a much gentler version of Frisbee with Abby. Whenever Lexi takes a walk, she runs to Abby’s grandparents door, looking for Abby. And whenever Abby arrives at her grandparents house she goes running to Lexi’s owner’s door, looking for Lexi! Abby loves Lexi, and all dogs. I know she would be over the moon if we won tickets to see Super Dogs!

Our dog Sunny just turned 6 in March. She is an impressive jumper – she can jump almost 6 feet high! She’s a really good dog and lovable to a fault, she can never be close enough to you if you show her any attention. She’ll try and stick her face inside your mouth! Our 2 year old son loves everything about dogs! Even though this show starts close to his bedtime, it would be something worth keeping him up for!
