Hop to the Music This Easter #DisneyMusic

I received the Hop To The Music pack as a member of the Entertainment New Media Network. No further compensation was received and all opinions are my own. This post may also contain affiliate links.

We’ve talked about this before. You guys know I love me some Disney music! You’d think that my CD case was full of Disney soundtracks because I’m a mom, but the truth is, it was like that long before Avery came along.  I just love the music!

It’s almost Easter and I’ve been trying to decide what to fill Avery’s Easter basket with. I try to avoid candy because I know she’ll get more than enough of that from my parents. (Isn’t that what being a grandparent is all about?  Filling the kids up with chocolate and sending them home like rabid wolverines!)  But, what to get?  Plush bunnies? She just got one the other day because I couldn’t resist his cute little face. Books? Yeah, but the ones she has are currently cascading out of the book bin, and spreading across the floor. (She has enough to open her own library) Toys?  Where the heck would I put them?

My answer came with a knock at the door!

UPS! With a package from Disney!!

Inside were four new CDs, two that Avery has been asking for, and two that I wanted for myself! I’ll let you guess which ones Avery wanted…

hopdisneyFrozen The Songs — Guardians of the Galaxy Awesome Mix Vol. 1 — Dj Shuffle 2  — Into the Woods Soundtrack

FROZEN The Songs features all your favorites that you sing a long to in the car (you know you do it!) This will definitely get some serious play in the car, especially now that it’s getting a little bit warmer out, and we can roll down the windows and belt out “Love Is an Open Door”

DJ Shuffle 2 is the one that I know Avery is most excited about! The original DJ Shuffle soundtrack is her current Top Choice when we get in the car. I can barely get her buckled in before she’s shouting “I want DJ Shuppo!” This new album has her new fave “Way Out” The theme from Miles From Tomorrowland, and one of my favorites “There’s No Gold in Tricky Mine” from Sheriff Callie’s Wild West. Plus songs from Sofia the First, Jake and the Neverland Pirates, Doc McStuffins, and Henry Hugglemonster!

I am super excited to have the Into The Woods 2-Disc Deluxe set! I have not seen this movie, but the soundtrack is beautiful! Avery isn’t as interested in it, because she doesn’t know the songs (And it isn’t DJ Shuppo or Frozen) but it’s one that I enjoy listening to when I’m alone in the car, or when she falls asleep.

The Guardians of the Galaxy Awesome Mix is just that; AWESOME! It is going to be my go-to soundtrack for summer. The songs on this album are some of my favorites, and are perfect for cruising around and singing aloud!

You can find these albums, and more at  The Disney Music Emporium and you can enter to WIN these 4-cds below. They’d be perfect to add to your kiddo’s Easter basket!

I LOVE the GOTG Soundtrack (I downloaded it from iTunes)… as is the Frozen one (also downloaded from iTunes!). Haven’t heard the other two… but I bet the Into the Woods is awesome!
